This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy. Cookies that collect personal data are subject to the protections described in our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) when you visit a website or use a web application. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, to improve the user experience, and to provide reporting information to site owners.

In addition to traditional cookies, we may also use similar technologies such as:

  • Local storage and session storage — browser-side data storage used to maintain your session state and preferences;
  • Pixel tags / web beacons — small transparent images used to track whether emails are opened or pages are visited;
  • Fingerprinting — used for fraud detection and security purposes only.

References to "cookies" in this policy include all such similar technologies unless the context requires otherwise.

8.1 Cookie Preference Centre

You can manage your cookie preferences (other than strictly necessary cookies) at any time through our Cookie Preference Centre, accessible by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the footer of any page on the Service.

8.2 Browser Settings

Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. The methods for doing this vary between browsers; instructions are typically found in the browser's "Help" or "Settings" menu. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

Instructions for managing cookies in common browsers:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data

8.3 Do Not Track

Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want to be tracked. ImageClaim currently does not alter its tracking practices in response to DNT signals, as no universal standard for DNT compliance exists. We will update this policy if such a standard is adopted.

10. Updates to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legislation, or our data practices. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. We will notify you of material changes by displaying a notice within the Service or by email.
